Return + Store Policy

hassle free returns with whiskey wilde 
  • All sales items are final sale. All pieces that are discounted {line crossed out the full price and a lower price is shown} are final sale.
  • Any items ordered with a code issuing 20% off and over are final sale. 
  • All hats, hair accessories, earrings and bandeaus are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned due to sanitary reasons. 
  • We can not accept washed, damaged or worn items for return or exchange. This includes items without the tags, items that have stains, holes, make-up or show any indication of being worn. This also includes items with an odor such as smoke, etc. 
  • For damaged items: please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you notice any damage or defect, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the item. Please include in the email your order number and a picture of the damaged item. If you do not contact us within this time frame we can not accept the item for exchange. 
  • If you don't love your item or need a different size, please send it back to us! Please note that returns will be issued by receiving store credit in the form of a gift card. 
  • Your store credit is valid for 1 year from the issued date. 
  • In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in the same condition it was shipped to you in. We can not accept returns that have any indication of being worn, have an odor, have stains or damage, have pet hair, etc. 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days to process the exchange once we have received the item back. 
  • We LOVE supplying our wilde girls with authentic vintage harley and band t-shirts. We do occasionally carry legally licensed re-prints that are vintage inspired to be able to cater to more wilde girls since our demand is so high! We list all vintage + authentic tees on our site with the word 'vintage' in the product title and there is only one in stock per style. 
  • Returns must be received at our address within 30 days. Any return received after the 30 day mark will be charged a 25% restocking fee and this will be taken out of the online gift card issued to you. Any return received after 45 days of purchase will be rejected and will be shipped back to your address at your expense. 
  • All orders with a pre-order item included will be shipped out all together once the pre-order item arrives. If you would like to have your order broken apart and have pieces shipped out separately beforehand, please contact us. 
  • Returning with QuadPay: if you purchased your wilde items via QuadPay and would like to return, please keep in mind that QuadPay is an external affordable checkout service we utilize. We are happy to assist you with your return, but please keep in mind that your QuadPay payments will still be taken out of your bank account. You will receive store credit from whiskey wilde in the full order amount if your items are returned in the same condition you received them in. 
  • We are not responsible for returned shipping costs or lost or stolen packages. 
  • Since we offer free domestic shipping to our customers on orders $50 and over, we do not offer a free return label. If you choose to send your whiskey wilde item back, this will be at your expense. Feel free to utilize the same packaging your item came in to save on cost. 
  • No order cancellations allowed.
  • We try our best to post pictures of our products that showcase the true color of the item. Please be aware that different laptops, cell phones, and brightness levels on these device may showcase the product differently. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the trusted postal workers. If you have questions or concerns about a package, please refer to the tracking number attached to your order and / or contact your local post office!
