- All sales items are final sale.
- All hats, hair accessories, earrings and bandeaus are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned due to sanitary reasons.
- We can not accept washed, damaged or worn items for return or exchange.
- This includes items without the tags, items that have stains, holes, make-up or show any indication of being worn. This also includes items with an odor such as smoke.
- For damaged items: please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you notice any damage or defect, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the item. Please include in the email your order number and a picture of the damaged item. If you do not contact us within this time frame we can not accept the item for exchange.
- If you don't love your item or need a different size, please send it back to us! Please note that returns will be issued by receiving store credit in the form of a gift card.
- Your store credit is valid for 1 year from the issued date.
- In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in the same condition it was shipped to you. We can not accept returns that have any indication of being worn, have an odor, have stains or damage, have pet hair, etc.
- Please allow 3-5 business days to process the exchange once we have received the item back.
- Returns must be received at our address within 30 days. Any return received after the 30 day mark will be charged a 25% restocking fee and this will be taken out of the online gift card issued to you. Any return after 45 days of purchase will be rejected and will be shipped back to your address at your expense.
- We are not responsible for returned shipping costs or lost or stolen packages.
- Since we offer free shipping to our customers, we do not offer a free return label. If you choose to send your whiskey wilde item back, this will be at your expense. Feel free to utilize the same packaging your item came in to save on cost.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your name and order number within 12 hrs of purchase. We will issue you store credit for your cancelled order via email. Please keep in mind: we pride ourselves on fast shipping. All orders are usually packaged and shipped out by 3pm the following day. If we do not receive an email before the shipping process begins and your order is shipped out, we unfortunately can not cancel the order beyond this point. Your next option then would be to return or exchange the item!
